TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Costa Maya Experience will be aware of boat’s itinerary, because we know that docking time is limited in our port.
We plan your tour, ensuring your return to the port in time for you to board your ship again.
RESERVATION:
When booking a tour, we request a first payment to secure your place on the requested date and time. This payment is a 12 USD fee for each person. It should be done at booking time. The reservation payment should be done through the Pay-Pal service and your requested date and time on the tour will be insured as soon as we receive the payment notification in our account. The final payment should be done at our agency before taking the tour. This payment can be done in USD or Mexican pesos.
NOTICE: If you do not have a reservation, you can come to our agency and we will see how to integrate you into one of our tours
PAYMENT:
The payment will be returned in these cases:
- The ship was unable to dock at the port.
- The client canceled 24 hours before the scheduled time for the tour.
- Each change or cancellation in the tour reservation must be notified by e-mail to info@costamayaexperiences.com or by calling at +52 (983) 7520686 Changes are subject to the availability in our agency.
- Each change or cancellation, you will be assigned a service number. (and it Will be required at the moment when you ask for refund)
REFUND:
- If the ship cannot dock, the first payment will be returned.
- If the tourist becomes ill and cannot take the tour, the first payment will be returned. (With medical prescription)
- If the tourist doesn’t show up, he or she will be subject penance. Penance is a 12 USD fee per person.
(Extra charges on payments refunds will apply to the customer.)
ITINERARY:
- We are attentive to ship’s arrival and waiting for you in our agency, which is located 2 blocks from the private service area of the port. We Will waiting for you 1 hour later than the ship arrive to the port.
- If the ship advances or delays the mooring, we will try to adjust the tour to make sure you have a pleasant experience and return to the ship on time,
- If due to any weather or security circumstance it is impossible for us to provide you with a secure service, we will refund your reservation first payment.

Nuestra agencia estará muy atenta al itinerario de los barcos, porque sabemos que es limitado el tiempo de atraque en cada puerto.
Planeamos tu tour, asegurando tu regreso al puerto en tiempo adecuado para que abordes de nuevo tu barco.
Reservación
Al reservar un tour, solicitamos n depósito para asegurar tu lugar en la fecha y hora solicitado. Este depósito será de 12 USD por cada persona deberán hacerse al momento de reservar. El pago de la reserva puede hacerse a través del servicio de Pay-Pal y tu lugar en el tour estará asegurada en cuanto recibamos el depósito en nuestra cuenta. el saldo debe pagase al momento de tomar el tour en nuestra agencia en dólares estadunidense o pesos mexicanos.
El depósito será devuelto en los siguientes casos:
- El barco no pudo atracar en el puerto.
- El cliente canceló 24 horas antes de la hora programado para el tour.
- Cada cambio o cancelación en la reserva del tour, debe ser notificado por e-mail a (experiencescostamaya@gmail.com) o llamando al teléfono +52 (983)7520686. los cambios están sujetos a la disponibilidad de espacio en nuestra agencia.
- En cada cambio o cancelación se le asignará un número de servicio.
Depósito, reembolso
- Sí el barco no puede atracar, se le devolverá el depósito.
- Sí el turista enferma y no puede tomar el tour se le devolverá el depósito.
- Sí el turista no show, será sujeto a una penalización de 12 USD por persona.
(Cargos extras del medio de pago en devoluciones serán cubiertos por el cliente.)

Itinerario:
- Estamos atentos al arribo el barco y te estamos esperando en nuestra agencia, la cual se encuentra 2 cuadras afuera del área de servicio privado del puerto. Te esperamos 1 hora después de que barco atraca en el muelle, para iniciar con el tour contratado.
- Sí el barco adelanta o atrasa el atraque trataremos de ajustar el tour para asegurarnos de que vivas una agradable experiencia y regreses con tiempo al barco-
- Sí por alguna circunstancia del clima o seguridad nos es imposible brindarte un servicio seguro, te devolveremos tu depósito de reservación.
- Si tienes una situación especial o deseas un servicio en tour privado; contactamos al teléfono y con mucho gusto nos ponemos de acuerdo.
