How to find us at Costa Maya

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

The Port in Costa Maya is privately owned, local companies don’t have access to the port nor the commercial areas around the terminal. Visitors using any local services must walk out of the port compound to find their service providers.

Costa Maya Experiences excursions depart from our office located two blocks from the port. Guests can safely walk from the port to our office.

At the end of your excursion we can drop you off at the port gate (no need to walk from our office back to the port).

Notice to all cruise ship guests: Past guests have been misinformed when asking about us inside the port, this is expected since we’re a local company not affiliated to the port excursions. Please make sure you understand where to find us or contact us if you need any further details.

Directions for hotel guests

If you’re staying at a hotel in the Costa Maya area, you only need to wait for us at the lobby of your hotel we’ll pick you up there at the time specified in your confirmation.

At the end of the tour we can drop you off back at your hotel or in Mahahual village depending on what you have planned for the rest of the day
